What it does
- A mobile-first enquiry page per listing, EN and AR, with your brand and the advertising permit number in the footer. No photos needed.
- Each enquiry rated hot, warm or cold from four answers: cash or mortgage, timeframe, budget against your asking price, viewing availability.
- Round-robin hand-off to your agents; a returning buyer goes back to the same agent. Each agent gets an email with a contact-by time.
- A read-only dashboard, CSV export and a weekly email: counts, sources, response times.
- Consent recorded with every enquiry; automatic deletion after your retention period.

What it is not
Not a portal and not a CRM. It does not advertise for you, buy leads or contact anyone who did not write in. Your agency stays the advertiser of record.
