Plain words about what this site keeps.

Listing enquiries

• The agency named on the listing page is responsible for your enquiry. Orbis runs the software for that agency.
• We keep what you type, the consent wording you agreed to, the listing, the time, the page source (UTM tags) and a salted hash of your IP address used only to stop abuse. We never keep the raw IP address.
• Your details go to one agent of that agency by email. Nobody else receives them; they are never sold or shared with other agencies.
• Enquiries are deleted automatically after the agency's retention period (12 months unless the listing page says otherwise), or sooner on request to the agency or to desk@orbis-orbit-os.com. A record that consent was given (no name or contact details) is kept as proof.

Waitlist

Agency name, your name, work email and note, used only to email you when the Desk opens. Deleted on request or after 12 months.
